    Many Nations are concerned with unrest from within their nation and from outside their
country. It is evident every day in the news headlines. Nations concerned with their
autonomous sovereignty. Think tank committees defining sovereignty as a democracy,
such as Exopolitics http://www.exopolitics.org/index.html and concerns of first contact.
These think tank committees have to determine who they are having contact with first.
    The sovereign of the universe is coming here, He is not going to ask our permission,
neither will His "armies of heaven" (RSVA). Each and every individual in the armies of
heaven can tell whose authority they are under, where as, those making contact with
humans have not told us the truth about universal sovereignity.
    We do not want to see Earth looking like Mars, nor becoming a new Asteroid Belt or
Kuiper Belt.
